I. Product Introduction
The TH type bucket elevator features large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and long service life. Its main performance and parameters conform to the JB3926-2014 standard for vertical bucket elevators. It uses a round link chain for traction. The TH type bucket elevator can be used to convey powdery, granular, and small lump materials that are non-abrasive or semi-abrasive, such as coal, cement, sand, clay, and ore. It is widely used in various industrial sectors, such as building materials, power, chemical, metallurgy, coal, light industry, and grain.
II. Performance Characteristics
1. Large conveying capacity: Compared with the HL type of the same model, the conveying capacity is increased by nearly [percentage missing].
2. Easy replacement, saving costs: Due to the use of assembled sprockets, the wheel body and rim are connected together with high-strength bolts. When the sprocket wears to a certain extent,
the bolts can be unscrewed, and the rim can be replaced, making replacement convenient and reducing maintenance costs.
3. Low noise, meeting current environmental protection requirements. The transmission device adopts a ZLY type hardened gear reducer, which has the advantages of small size, light weight, high load capacity, long service life, high efficiency, and low noise.
4. The transmission device is equipped with a backstop to effectively prevent reverse rotation.
5. The traction component is a high-strength round link chain made of low alloy steel. After heat treatment, it has the advantages of high tensile strength, good wear resistance, and long service life. The TH type ring chain bucket elevator has two types of buckets:
ZH type (medium-deep bucket) is generally suitable for conveying wet, easily agglomerated, and difficult-to-displace materials, such as wet sand, molding sand, fertilizer, and alkali powder.
SH type (deep bucket) is suitable for conveying dry, loose, and easily displaced materials, such as cement, clinker, crushed stone, and coal. Its conveying capacity is larger than that of the ZH type.
