The DT11 fixed belt conveyor is a universally designed series of products in China. Its main parameters and performance conform to ISO international standards, and it is widely used in metallurgy, coal, ports, power, building materials, chemical, petroleum, and other industries. It can be used as a single unit or in combination to form a transport system to convey materials, and can transport various bulk materials and loose items with densities of 500-2500 kg/m³.

This series of conveyors can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and can also adopt a conveying form with convex and concave arc sections combined with straight sections. The allowable material size depends on the belt width, belt speed, trough angle, and inclination angle. For the maximum applicable material size for various belt widths, it is recommended to select according to Table 1.

The belt speed range of this series is 0.8-6.5 m/s, with commonly used values ​​of 0.8-5.0 m/s. Belt speed, bandwidth, and matching capacity are shown in Table 2.

Note: 1. Conveying capacity is calculated based on horizontal transport with a dynamic angle of repose of 20° and a trough angle of 35°; 2. Belt speeds of 4.5 m/s and 5.6 m/s in the table are non-standard values ​​and are generally not recommended.
