The TD75 general-purpose fixed belt conveyor (abbreviated as TD75) is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, building materials, mining, chemical, and port industries for conveying bulk materials or goods, due to its advantages such as large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, convenient repair, low cost, and strong versatility. It can be arranged horizontally or inclined according to process requirements.

The TD75 belt conveyor is used for materials with a temperature below 50°C and an ambient temperature between +40°C and 25°C. For applications requiring explosion-proof, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, or cold-resistant properties, appropriate protective measures should be taken.

II. Technical Characteristics

The TD75 belt conveyor can convey materials with a bulk density below 2.5t/m². This series is available in six specifications based on belt width: 500. 650. 800. 1000. 1200. and 1400 mm. According to belt speed, it can be divided into eight types: 0.8. 1.0. 1.25. 1.6. 2.0. 3.15. and 4.0. The conveying capacity in the table is calculated under the conditions of material bulk density r = 1.0 t/m’, conveyor inclination angle 0-7°, and material dynamic angle of repose 30°.
