I. Product Introduction
The NSE series high-speed plate chain bucket elevator is a new type of vertical lifting equipment developed by our company by introducing advanced technology from similar foreign products. In various industrialized countries, this type of product is widely used for lifting powdery and small granular materials.
The NSE series plate chain bucket elevator has fourteen basic models: NSE100~NSE2000. Each model has a different lifting speed depending on the material being conveyed, with a maximum lifting speed ≤70m/min and a maximum lifting height of up to 65m.
II. Performance Characteristics
1. Large Conveying Capacity: This series of elevators has the largest conveying capacity among domestic elevators with similar structural dimensions, with a lifting capacity of 100~2000 m²/h.
2. Low Drive Power: It adopts inflow feeding and induced unloading, with a dense arrangement of large-capacity buckets. During material lifting, there is almost no material backflow.
Therefore, there is little ineffective power.
3. Long Service Life: The elevator uses an inflow feeding method, eliminating the need for bucket digging. There is minimal squeezing and collision between the buckets and the material. The design ensures minimal spillage during feeding, lifting, and unloading, reducing mechanical wear. The use of a small-pitch, high-strength, wear-resistant conveyor chain significantly extends the service life of the chain and buckets.
4. High Lifting Height: Up to 65m.
5. Wide Lifting Range: This type of elevator has few requirements regarding the type and characteristics of materials. It can lift not only general powders and small granules, but also materials with high abrasiveness and temperatures ≤200°C.
6. High Operational Reliability: Advanced design principles and processing methods ensure the reliability of the entire machine, with fewer vulnerable parts for operation and maintenance.
7. High Structural Rigidity and Precision: The casing is folded and centrally convex, then welded, resulting in high rigidity and an attractive appearance.
8. Good Sealing: Minimal Environmental Pollution.
Model Description
Structure The NSE plate chain elevator consists of running components, a drive unit, an upper unit, a middle casing, and a lower unit.
Running Components: Composed of buckets and a high-strength plate chain.
The drive unit typically consists of a right-angle shaft hardened gear reducer, a YOX hydraulic coupling, and a Y-series motor. There are two types of drive units: left-mounted and right-mounted, corresponding to the left and right sides of the elevator, respectively. Left-mounted: When viewing the elevator from the feed inlet side, if the drive unit is on the left, it's left-mounted. Right-mounted: When viewing the elevator from the feed inlet side, if the drive unit is on the right, it's right-mounted. Upper Unit: Consists of the upper casing, upper cover, discharge port (equipped with an anti-backflow plate), head shaft assembly, etc. Middle Casing: Divided into a first intermediate section with support, an intermediate section with an inspection door, a standard intermediate section (all 2.5 meters high), and non-standard intermediate sections of 1 meter and 1.5 meters high, allowing the elevator to achieve different heights in 0.5-meter increments. Lower part: includes lower housing, feed port, tail shaft assembly, tensioning device, and optional material level controller and speed detection switch.
