I. Applications

The FU-type chain conveyor is manufactured using advanced technology from Japan and Taiwan. It is used for horizontal or inclined (≤15”) conveying of powdery and granular materials, and is widely used in building materials, construction, chemical, thermal power, grain, mining, machinery, metallurgy, transportation, ports, and other industries.

II. Performance Characteristics

1. Large conveying capacity: Allows for the conveying of large quantities of materials in a relatively small space, with a conveying capacity of 6-360 m²/h.

2. Low energy consumption: Saves 50% of electricity compared to screw conveyors.

3. Good sealing performance: The fully sealed casing minimizes environmental pollution.

4. Long service life: The conveyor chain is made of alloy steel and heat-treated, with a normal service life >5 years, and the rollers on the chain have a service life ≥2-3 years.

5. Cost-effective: Energy-saving, durable, requires less maintenance, reduces consumption, and improves efficiency.

6. Flexible process layout: Can be used horizontally or inclined (≤15°).
