The N-TGD type steel wire rope core rubber belt bucket elevator is a new product developed by our company by absorbing and digesting foreign technology and combining it with domestic production and application practices. This product has advantages such as large conveying capacity, small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable operation, and long service life. It is suitable for the vertical lifting of dry, loose powdery materials or small granular materials, and is widely used in bulk material lifting systems in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical, grain, and power. It is the ideal equipment for systems such as raw material feeding at the kiln tail of new dry-process cement plants, raw material homogenization silos, and cement silos.
II. Working Principle The traction component of the N-TGD elevator uses a high-strength steel wire rope core rubber belt, overcoming the dynamic load generated by chains and drives. It is lighter and operates more smoothly than chains, achieving higher productivity at a faster operating speed. Under the same production conditions, the high operating speed and lighter weight of the belt reduce the linear load on the material and the traction component, thereby reducing the overall size and weight of the machine. At the same time, the good elasticity and flexibility of the belt provide vibration damping when loading the buckets. The use of high-strength steel wire rope core belts significantly increases the lifting height and conveying capacity of the elevator.
III. Performance Characteristics
1. High lifting height: up to 120m for a single unit.
2. Large conveying capacity: 67~1214 m³/h.
3. Material temperature up to 120°C.
4. Tightly arranged buckets for continuous extraction and unloading.
5. Long service life and high operational reliability.
6. Low power consumption: saving over 30% energy compared to general elevators, resulting in low operating costs.
7. Convenient operation and maintenance: fewer vulnerable parts, reducing maintenance costs by over 80% compared to general bucket elevators.
8. High structural precision, high strength, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

V. Structure
The N-TGD elevator consists of running components, a drive unit, an upper unit, a middle casing, and a lower unit.
1. Running Components: Utilizing a specially designed tear-resistant, high-strength steel wire rope core belt, coupled with dedicated belt joints and hopper fixing components, the belt can operate reliably for extended periods. The hoppers are rationally designed and arranged in different configurations to ensure continuous material lifting and unloading.
2. Drive Unit: Employing a right-angle shaft hardened gear reducer directly connected to the elevator's main shaft, equipped with a hydraulic coupling, a slow-speed maintenance motor, and a backstop. The transmission structure features a reasonable belt tensioning mechanism, enabling smooth start-up.
3. Upper Unit: The roller design incorporates an automatic belt centering device. The roller is coated with high-performance rubber, ensuring a long service life and high frictional force. An anti-deviation device is installed at the head.
4. Middle Casing: Employing an optimized casing design with a dual-channel design to avoid eddy current interference from the relatively high-speed belt, reinforced with angle steel.
5. Lower device: It adopts a gravity tensioning device to synchronously adjust the stroke of the tail roller. The tail roller adopts an automatic centering design and is equipped with a belt anti-deviation alarm, material level controller, and speed detection switch.
