The RQM series pulse jet baghouse dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency baghouse dust collector developed by our company based on the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technologies and combined with my country's actual conditions. It integrates the advantages of compartment reverse-air and pulse-jet baghouse dust collectors, overcoming the shortcomings of insufficient cleaning energy in compartment reverse-air and the secondary dust adsorption phenomenon that occurs when cleaning and filtration occur simultaneously in pulse-jet cleaning. It adopts a high-efficiency offline cleaning method, featuring high cleaning energy, good cleaning effect, low system resistance, long filter bag life, and high dust removal efficiency. It is widely used in dust purification in various industries such as building materials, metallurgy, power, and chemicals.
This series of dust collectors comes in various specifications with different numbers of compartments and different numbers of filter bags per compartment. The number of filter bags per compartment is available in four options: 32, 64, 96, and 128. The filter bag diameter is Φ130mm, and the filter bag length is available in two options: 2450mm and 3060mm.
Working Principle
Dust Removal Process: Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the inlet. Larger dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper, while the gas containing fine dust particles passes through the filter bags. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan.
Dust Cleaning Process: As filtration continues, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bags increases, increasing the operating resistance of the dust collector. The switching valve of a certain filter unit closes, the filter unit stops working, and backflushing compressed air enters the filter unit in reverse direction, blowing away the dust on the outer surface of the filter bags. filter unit.
