RQM series dust collector is aadopted oversea technology with consolidate our local technical knowhow researchnewer version type high efficient dust collector system,it combines the sub-room reverse flow and pulse jet baghouse together,which overcomes the shortfall of inadequate dedusting capability,as dust filtering&removal carryout at simultaneous process.The collector adopts eficient offline cleaning,which leads to high dust removal rate,effective,efficient,low resistance,long service life of filter bag.it is widely used in building materials,metallurgy,electricity,chemical industry for dust removal.
The dust collector is designed by different chambers and filter bag in several kinds of types,which are 32,64,96and 128.The diameter of filter bag isф130mm and length consist of2450mm or 3060mm.
Working Principle
When air carrying dust particulate enter to dust collector,heavy particles will fall to dust hopper;air willcarry light particles and pass through filter bag.Particles will be filtered out at bag surface,clean air will beexhaust to atmosphere via ventilation fan.
Dedusting Process
As the process filtering operate continuously,particulate accumulate at bag surface will be increased.Thus,dustcollector air pressure drop will increase.The selector filter chamber actuator valve will be closed,filtering process willbe temporary suspended.compressed air will release counter purge the filtering chamber and perform dust removalfrom bag surface.Follow by actuator valve open,the filter chamber will resume in operation.The dedusting step willmove to next filter chamber,Such dedusting process will carry at all filtering chambers at rotating basis.
Advantages

Note:
1.Air consumption refer to user supply conditions.For example,when set up air compressor,air consumption needs to multiply 1.3.
2.Air volume calculated is based on filtration speed 1.2m/min.At dust concentration inlet at 200g/Nm3 with uncertain filtration speed,suggest to select model based on air volume.
3.The area of heat insulation is only for reference and it can be designed upon request by user.
