The RDMC series large-scale pulse jet baghouse dust collector is a pulse jet baghouse dust collector developed by our company based on pulse jet dust collection technology and combined with advanced dust collection technologies from home and abroad, to meet the needs of large-volume flue gas purification. It combines the advantages of both compartment reverse-air and pulse-jet cleaning dust collectors, overcoming the shortcomings of insufficient cleaning intensity in compartment reverse-air cleaning and re-adsorption in general pulse-jet cleaning, thus improving cleaning efficiency and significantly reducing the pulse jet frequency. This product uses submerged pulse valves, reducing the pressure of the pulse jet air source and the energy consumption of equipment operation, extending the service life of filter bags and pulse valves, and greatly improving overall technical performance. It is widely used in the purification of dusty gases at normal or high temperatures and the recovery of powdery materials in industrial kilns such as building materials, metallurgy, petrochemicals, grain, steel, coal, power, and waste incineration.
