The O-SEPA high-efficiency air classifier is a third-generation high-efficiency dynamic air classifier, widely used in cement plant grinding systems. Developed using internationally advanced technology, the O-SEPA air classifier is based on the original O-SEPA classifier. Compared to ordinary O-SEPA classifiers, the O-SEPA classifier has the following structural features:
1. Specially shaped rotor blades replace ordinary rotor blades, increasing the separation area and resulting in higher material separation rates and better classification effects.
2. The addition of a slip-flow disperser inside the rotor has the following advantages:
a. It avoids pressure drop caused by slip flow, reducing the pressure in the air classifier;
b. It transfers the energy generated by the airflow rotation to the rotor, reducing the power consumption of the drive unit and avoiding energy consumption caused by slip flow;
c. The tangential velocity of the air classifier outlet blades is reduced due to the use of the slip-flow disperser, thus reducing wear.
3. It enhances the tertiary airflow, resulting in a classification efficiency of over 80%.
4. Select finished products with more uniform particle distribution and more reasonable particle allocation, thereby increasing specific surface area.
