Structural principle

The artificial sand size range 0~4.75mm is produced by crusher,sand making machine,vibrating screen enters the scattered area through the feeding port of the machine by conveying equipment enter into disperse zone.Under the action deflectors and impact plates,sand particles with different particles sizes is separated at different gravity velocity.There are several relative friction between sand grains,the mud powder and stone powder on the sand surface are stripped off;surface of sand is removed easily via air flow.Thus,the desired sand product is cleaned.

The materials feed from inlet are scatter and peeled off by multi-stage deflector plates.The air flow from left end side between the deflector plates carry the coarse and fine materials into the material stream.The coarse sand is discharged from the coarse sand outlet point located at bottom of the unit.Materials are suspended in the air flow enter the multi-layer grading plate 5 and perform classifications.The grading plates further remove relatively coarse materials from the air flow,coarse material will slide down with air counter flow repeated process.Then air flow into middle classification zone.Middle coarse sand particles are classified with deceleration and deflection of the air flow and discharge from medium sand outlet.Air will carry fine product material into fine classification area.The grading plates with arc-shaped guide plate forming dual effect of centrifugal settling and gravity settling.Fine sand product will be discharged at find sand outlet.Fine powder is entered to powder classification zone.Coarse material(fine sand)is separated under rotating action of the cage rotor.Fine sand separated at arc guide plate and falls into sand collection cone.The powder containing air flow enter cyclone for gas-solid separation.Find powder is discharged from the powder port;clean air is used for recycling.

9.Double interlocking air valves are adopted in sand pipes,middle fine sand pipes and fine sand pipes,which greatly reduces the leakage rate of the system and overcomes the defects of generating a large amount of dust during the operation the powder removing machine.
10.The system adopts double interlocking air valve and internal circulation air,effectively reducing the air leakage of the system and the dust pollution during operation.
