Performance characteristics
1.The classification principle is advanced.Combined with the principle of various powder selection,the optimization of the entire flow field is carried out by using the aviation aerodynamic analysis method.After the two stage powder selection,the classification accuracy is higher and more accurate.
2.The main shalt of the powder selecting machine adopts stepless speed regulation.The fineness is easy to adjust,sensitive and reliable,and the range of adjustment is wide.
3.The easy wearing parts of the powder selecting machine,such as the spreading plate,the cyclone,the snail angle,the guide vane and the rotor grading blade,are made of wear-resistant materials or processed by anti-wear process,and the wear rate is very low.Wear resistant material is used as lining,which prolongs the service life effectively.
4.The main shaft bearing seal adopts the new design scheme,which effectively solves two important problems of bearing dust and lubricating oil leakage,and effectively prolongs the service life of the lower bearing.
5.When designing the separator,the principle of mechanical vibration reduction is adopted to make the resonance frequency on the separator and the foundation not close to the natural frequency of the separator,and fundamentally solve the vibration problem of the powder separator which has been bothering the manufacturers for a long time.
