1.The special-shaped rotor blades replace the ordinary-shaped rotor blades,which increases the area of the powder separator.In real situations,the material separation rate is higher and the powder selection effect is better.
2.The inside of O-SEPA powder separator increases addy current scatter.It has the advantages as follows:
I.Avoid pressure drop of the eddy current and reduce the flow resistance of powder separator.
II.Transfer the energy generated from flow rotation to rotor,reducing the driving device of powder consumption,while avoiding the eddy current energy consumption.
III.Tangential velocity of exit guide vane by using eddy current scatter is reduced and the wear is decreased and the life is prolonged.
3.Increase three time of the volume allows powder classification efficiency above 80%.
4.The particle size distribution is much more concentrated and the particle distribution is more uniform.The product surface area improved as well.

The system air volume and guide vane angle can be flexibly adjusted.
