Product Description

A single-drum dryer dries materials by using a rotating drum and lifting plates to facilitate heat exchange between the material and high-temperature flue gas. It features excellent drying effect, high capacity, high operating rate, energy saving and environmental protection, simple operation and maintenance, and long service life. The combination of circumferential lifting plates at multiple angles significantly improves the heat exchange rate and shortens drying time.

Working Principle: The main body of the rotary dryer is a rotating cylinder with a certain angle, equipped with a fuel chamber, exhaust system, dust collection system, and feeding device. High-temperature flue gas is used as the drying medium, entering the drying drum under the suction of the exhaust device. Wet material enters the dryer drum through the feeding device and comes into contact with the high-temperature flue gas. The high-temperature flue gas transfers heat to the wet material through convection, radiation, and conduction—this is the heat transfer process. After the material is heated, the moisture evaporates and enters the drying medium—this is the mass transfer process. During the heat and mass transfer process, the material continuously moves due to the constant rotation of the cylinder, flowing from the high end to the low end. Driven by the exhaust fan, the gas also flows from high pressure to low pressure. In this movement of gas and material, the material is dried and discharged outside the machine, while the exhaust gas is collected and released into the atmosphere.

6. The entire system adopts microcomputer automatic control and digital display tracking.

7. Low cost and high output; total investment is 30% lower than ordinary rotary dryers and comparable to vertical dryers.
