The HRSH combined three-cylinder dryer is mainly used for drying granular materials within a certain moisture content and particle size range, such as yellow sand used in the dry mortar industry, various molding sands used in the foundry industry, blast furnace slag and fine-grained clay used in the building materials and cement industry, and small granular materials in the chemical industry that do not undergo chemical changes and are not afraid of high temperatures and dust contamination. Depending on the specific industry's requirements for the final moisture content of the dried material, the moisture content can reach below 1-0.5%.

The material entering the dryer should ideally not stick to the drum walls and lifting plates. The inner drum and lifting plates at the dryer inlet can be made of heat-resistant steel plate.
