HRSH Triple Pass Rotary dryer is mainly used for during a certain humidity and size of granular material,such as yellow sand used in dry powder and mortar,wide range type of sand used in a foundry industry;furnace slag material used in building applications and cement industry;fine clay,granular materials,which has no chemical reaction,high temperature resistances applied in chemical industries.Final product moisture content requirement subject in industries applications.Standard range product moisture achieved below 1-0.5%.
Feed material design for such rotary dryer section is free flow type to prevent material stick on baffle plate and dryer steel body along drying process.Normally,high temperature resistance steel material is used at rotary dryer inlet point and baffle plate.
