The system cartridge dust collector uses a filter cartridge as the core filtration unit and uses an solenoid pulse valve to open and close with compressed air injection dust cleaning operations.Dust removal is a physical interception process.Different dust emission concentration requirements require the different filter materials with reference to suitability air permeability.The filter material is pleated into a filter cartridge shape,the filter material is arranged in a high density.As a results,the dust collector has a compact structure and takes up less space than conventional bag filter type dust collector at the same air volume.Vertical-mounted filter cartridges have good dust cleaning effects and occupy smaller area.They are the general trend to replace oblique inserted filter cartridges,horizontal filter cartridges,screw-mounted filter cartridges,and bag filter type dust collectors.
Features
The LT series cartridge dust collector has significant advantage compare to oblique inserted and horizontal filter cartridges.The oblique inserted and horizontal filter cartridges are installed horizontally in the dust collector body.When the pulse valve is in operation,high-pressure airflow is passing from top to bottom.The center of the filter cartridge causes the filter paper to expand and vibrate,thereby remove the dust from the surface.Purging the first layer of powder at the top and fall into the upper back of the second layer.Purging the second layer of powder and fall into the upper back of the third layer.The powder at the bottom falls into the upper back of the fourth layer.There are layers of accumulation and blockage,and the dust is not cleaned thoroughly.About 25%of the filter area reduction and lead to pressure difference increase,the service life of the filter cartridge is short,and the system energy consumption is high.
The vertically installed filter cartridge is installed vertically in the box.After the pulse valve blows out the dust,the dust falls directly into the ash hopper of the dust collect and is then discharged out from the equipment.It is not easy to accumulate dust.It works at full efficiency and is easy to clean.It consumes less energy.Less,no clogging,longer service life of the filter cartridge.
